Well, it does look like a D. Who knows what caused it? A coincidental hit?

Measured it in microscope program and compared to the S and another D, and is the exact same size.

Just looks like another case of a carefully placed hit that looks like a D. PMD no doubt about it.

I doubt a mint worker would have been allowed in the building if they were loopy enough to miss by that much.
