Since it has the date, it's worth a lot more than a Off Center Nickel with no date on it. Not sure on the value. I'll let the more experienced experts answer that question.
Market acceptable error pricing, if a seller can get $500 or $5 for it, there is noe "standard" adjucated price listing established. That goes for EVERY mint produced error coin, even those that are listed in any resources, value is arbitrary and "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" rings quite true.
There's something different about the reverse lacking design. So I think this is more than just "off center". I'm not really an error collector so I forget the terminology for that reverse condition. Mine has the design on both obverse and reverse.
Crazyb0 is right -- the prices are all over the place on error coins. I think $5 is too low and $500 is too high, but you never know. I've seen stuff similar to this coin with a price of $300 -- but I didn't see a SOLD price.
