Personally not a fan of the toning, and I believe it is not possible to grade such a coin with such pictures.....

Don't particularly care for it either. And why are we supposed to grade this when the grade already shows?

Second set of pictures are actually more pleasing. May be a case of in-hand advantage.

Coinfrog- I forgot to edit the second set of pictures since I added them after. My apologies. In any case we can all agree or disagree with the TPG grade.

The eye appeal does not suit me, maybe others love it! in that grade I would want a bright one

I would say the grading is most likely correct since on a heavily toned coin such as this one it is difficult to accurately grade it by just looking at the image and not having the coin in hand.I don't believe there is an expert who could correctly grade this coin by using the image as reference.
