What do the experts see and think about this 1964D Lincoln Cent ? I think this is a double die ....

That does help. It is Machine Doubling, not a doubled die.

Normal sized digits and MM, any appearance is a decrease in OVERALL SIZE

I have the same coin but it's much clearer and thicker on the date the "4" is almost exactly like yours I'm going to posted when I get a chance
