1988 D With 1989 (Lmc) Reverse Number 2?

I found one of these a couple weeks ago and was easy to identify. This on I believe is one but not as clear cut as the first. Need a second opinion. As always, thanks for your time

It is a normal 1988-D with a RDV-005. The RDV-006 initials and the size of the reverse design is a lot larger.

It's the normal RDV-005 reverse. If it was the RDV-006, it would look like this. http://goccf.com/t/323752
