Looks cast, rather than struck. Cut out the background and leave only the coin in your photo and we might be able to see more.

If anything, that REDUCES perspective in interpolating a photo... The problem (with the 2nd pic only) is that it's pixelized - there was some kind of saving/uploading error.

Aside from that... VF+ American. Wouldn't be shocked to see National Gradeflation Co. call it XF40. Good eye appeal with original tone/surfaces and no adjustment marks. Nice example of a piastra.
