Is This A Type I REV 1876-P Seated Liberty 25¢?

Beefer518 Pillar of the Community United States 887 Posts	Posted 09/26/2017 7:12 pm I picked up two 1876-P Seated Liberty quarters, and I noticed one looked different then the other. After a little research, I think one of them is the Type I reverse. I know little to nothing about the series, and only grabbed them because they were cheap, and had a nice look. But now I'm wondering if I accidentally cherrypicked a rare variety. It's Breen number 4080, fyi Please look at the picks, and see if you agree. If it is a Type I reverse, what king of premium does it carry? Variety Diagnostics : Letters TAT in STATES nearly touch. Comments: This reverse hub was used 1866-76 and is transitional with Type 2 for 1875-76 quarters.
