I think it's heavy Die Deterioration.

I want to know why the date and IGWT has a shift in it and why they are trippled

The shift you are referring to is Die flow due to a very late die state and pretty worn out, same reason for the doubling on the devices.

Note the devices are smaller than normal. An indicator that the fields were reduced from die polishing. But also Die Deterioration would also figure in on this on. Note also that LIBERTY is also reduced and you can see heavy die flow still showing on the fields. The die is at retirement now. (they just haven't had the party yet) LOL
