In my opinion, yes.

At least it doesn't look harshly cleaned. Looks like it was dipped.

I'm not sure what is written on the shield. It should say "liberty".

Get them to compensate you for the cleaning, not a bad coin overall but should be sold rightly identified. Sure not gray sheet XF $!
