looks ms65 despite the small blemishes.

65 obverse, 63 reverse; but obverse carries the grade and the eye appeal is strong, so I would say PCGS probably gave it a full grade of MS65. Looks to have some attractive peripheral toning around the rims.

Loved the obverse, even considered 66. Hated the reverse which has lots of hits.

I'd go 64+ on this. Not quite 65.

This isn't the scarcest of Morgans in high grade; PCGS has 16,000 of them in MS65. I see no reason to think yours isn't one of them.

Agree with Paralyse on grade, but the toning does finish the coin.
