I saw an article about how someone somewhere saw a nice DDO on a 77 s Ike. This one is definitely decent. Thought I did a good job getting the split serifs to show.

Hard to tell from these images, but they appeared to be Strike Doubling. No added value.

There are notching evident on the devices,it is most likely a WHO.(working hub doubled die)

When trying to show notching on the tops of devices, it is better to not flood that area with too much light. It becomes a glare that covers what you want to show. It is best to let the light fall over the device allowing the notching to show easier.

Thanks for the tip coop I bought a new stereo microscope and the bulbs are definitely too bright. I'll be looking for replacement bulbs

Looks like you overwrote the image with a Lincoln Cent. You need to use unique file names when you upload.

Sorry I previewed the picture and it was the Ike. It still shows an Ike picture when I look at the thread. I'll start naming the files, my bad.

Probably still in your cache. If you used CTRL-F5 to reload this page it will change to the cent.

If you can, upload images again to this thread, I can fix the original post with the new links.
