NGC is a lot tougher on these 3CN so I'd 64 the NGC and 65 the '81.
I don't like the clash on the '65. I think I'd stay with the '65 just because it's a civil war date.

 nice! The obverse strike on the second coin was weak and the hair was flat as a result. Looking at the hair detail of the first coin and the lines on the reverse you picked a well struck coin. Well done. There are some carbon spots and ticks but the coin seems undergraded at ms61. Congrats!
