Ok so some looks MD to me but some spots don't and I see a split in the edges of the S let me know. I know its pretty rough looking but is it a DDO?

When the dies/wear to the point of "orange-peeling" you know what you're seeing is DDD. The wide, mushy look, you may note notches developing as the metal finally breaks down, especially on letter ends on rim areas. A true DDO / DDR will usually show across more than one device and distinctly the same direction/notches,lines

I think it's a combination of MD, DDD and circulation wear/damage.
