Silver Japanese Coin 23.5mm/5g - Need Help To ID Please

I do not read or speak Japanese, unfortunately, so this one eludes me for now. I suspect probably 1900-1930 range, maybe a bit earlier, but no idea on exact year or denomination, or which emperor.

It is silver, 23.5mm and weighs just under 5g. (A bit smaller than a US quarter.)

with the above except it's 1923 (Yr. 12).

It should be:

4.95g
23.8mm
.720 Ag

And the obverse pic (2nd) is upside down.

Edit:

Yellow = reignal year
Green = two lines (2) plus cross (10) to get year 12
Red = Emperor Yoshihito
