Looks like it to me!

Can you post full pics of the obverse and reverse?

If it's the real deal, that's a super score.

P.S. coop, your pic isn't loading for me.

I'm missing the pics from coop too.

Awesome find, not many of these out there.

To quote Jamie Hernandez from the PCGS site:
"Despite billions of cents being produced for this year alone, only about a dozen examples or so are known to exist for the1992-D Close AM variety."

Wow! You got super lucky on this find! It is a Close AM. This is worth a ton of money. A couple grand I think depending on the condition of the coin.

If you're able to, for protection, put it in a 2X2 flip case.

It's definitely worthy of authentication/grading. What you may profit from it varies widely but, it's way more than one cent. I can't tell because there are no full coin pics so, anywhere from about $200 up. $2k is a stretch and I don't think the coin is in good enough condition to garner that, realistically.

coop, I see you added a pic but, they're still not loading for me.

Spruett1, still none of the less worth a ton of money. If it was MS condition, then it would probably be close to a 2k. If not 2k, then in the late hundred dollars range.

For some reason the address had to be changed. (actually I changed three times until it would appear. why?) I've posted them before and they worked.
