No signs of damage relevant to this anywhere else on the Rim or on the coin surfaces.

PSD if the part of the rim that is pushed in above the field is not struck down into the field.

Although I can certainly see why you would ask. It would take a real chance for a blade to hit it just that way.

I agree it's damage, but I'm having trouble believing Mr. PSD said PMD.
