What do you grade this one at? Would the chatter on the obverse fields warrant it a details grade? Thanks for all help

. This is not an attractive example. If you tried to sell this coin with those photos you have a lot of back clicks in one second.

I don't care for the OBV tone...the REV is better, but...I have a feeling that it would warrant a details grade for an apparent cleaning.

That's been harshly cleaned and retoned. I've seen ones like it in hand. The splochy toning looks like gunk in hand.
