Steve, were are you finding these coins? They are interesting and obscure. I have no idea where this one is from.

Very nice and unusual coin! If I saw that in a dealer's tray, I would've probably thought it was Byzantine

I should probably hold on with my own 19-coin lot that I wanted to post - don't want anyone to get confused mine are much uglier, anyway.
