I found this curved clip while going through some bank rolls. I think it is a VLDS incomplete planchet, with just a hint of the Blakesley effect. I don't find too many clips, and this was my best one so far!

Nice clip, the b effect should be 180 degrees out which would put it at the date. I think the liberty might be grease filled.

Incomplete planchet. I agree with Grease Fill. Why? On a Struck Through Grease issue, the deeper part of the devices are filled in first. This leave the devices looking wider without the tapered area of the device filled with grease.

I also agree with VLDS die when your coin was struck.

It a genuine Clipped Planchet. Nice find. I also agree that your coin was struck with a very worn die in a VLDS.
