The mechanical cleaning (hard rub) is fairly easy to see on the obverse with some fairly deep parallel scratches.
The toning is strange. I've seen so many yellow colored coins in artificially toned slabs.
Gotta say AU, details, cleaned.

I've been looking for a toned arrows and rays for a long time. This one graded straight au-53. I didn't bid on it. I really liked the unique toning on this coin. Kind of wish I didn't sit on the sidelines on this one.
