What do y'all think? The big nick on the face is obviously distracting, just a minor shaving accident :)

Aside the mark, I'm thinking a 65 reverse mated to a good 64 obverse, but I'd call it 64 overall. The shaving accident costs it a full grade in my opinion, so it says MS63 here.

Those four small dents, plus the cut on the cheek, that for me at least, brings it back to

MS63.

Pity, the rest of the coin is not too bad at all!

Edges of the breast of the eagle has no definition in the feathers, but quite good definition in the center of the breast. I have seen quarters with more definition in Washington's hair than there is with this coin.
Makes me think that the dies must have had more than a few coins struck from them.

Thanks for the comments! I also have a 1964 that I recently got at a pawn shop, which is better than this one. I'll post it up later.

Considering the blemishes on the OBVS. and the very sharp strike on REVS. I'll be at 63.

I'm thinking MS-62. Too bad about the cheek.
