It's definitely post-mint damage ( PMD). I'm trying to figure out what exactly happened. The lines correspond from obverse to reverse so, it was squeezed in something.

Sometimes, figuring out how non-errors were produced is more difficult than actual errors...

The teeth are on a wheel that is used to mark pattern cuts for clothing. My wife has threatened me with several.
