been running in to mint mark error in was wouder if this are error

The die was in the VLDS die state when your coin was struck. Note the heavy die flow and the Die Deterioration on the mint mark. The rim on the east side of the obverse looks like damage from another coin. But the let rim side is showing a collar clash on the side of the coin.
