Weigh it a few times. Whatever number pops up the most is the number I go by. If its 3.1 grams, or very close to it, it's normal. Make sure when you weigh it, that you take the coin off after you get the number, press the tare button, and weigh it again. You can find scales at smoke shops if you can't find one.
I do know that your 1980 cent is a woody error, also known as improper mixture of alloys

But honestly the rim looks very fat and tall, and that may mean that the edge was pounded maybe by a hammer.

Not too sure about the doubled die, looks like it could be but there is no listings for this one if it is...But someone tried to make one of these without thinking lol

The rims on the 1980 look like the rims on a proof coin. Just an observation.

This cent may have spent some time in a roller (coin counter / dryer drum, etc.)
