I see a lot of bubbles on the front and back. Can anyone let me know if this is worth anything?

The common term for this is "zinc rot", describing a deterioration of the zinc core of this coin.

to CCF. I don't think zinc rot is the right term here. It is a plating issue where debris gets trapped between the copper plating and the zinc core. Value, one cent.

John1 AND the Frog are right. It is a plating issue called "Plating Bubbles" (gee, what an inventive term). These are caused by air/debris being trapped between the copper plating any zinc which in turn REACTS with the zinc chemically releasing gasses and corrosion forming what we all love about the Stinkin Zinkins,"Zinc Rot", the breakdown of the zinc core.
