BULLSEYE! Nice one, been lookoing for that bugger for three years!

1971-Penny-I-Think-Douled-Die

What gives it away is the notch in 7 bar and LIB what is confusing is the apparent MD on IGWT, that must be DDD Die Deterioration effect but doubling is seen there. How abot heavy die scratches on reverse below memorial? That's LDS
Worth @$25

Edit: I see what it is, its an abraided die, notice the overpolishing shown in the tops of IGWT, skinny, sure sign, still its THE DDO for the year

This coin is DOA, damaged all over and at a F-12 is rated on coppercoins at $25, think realistically @$15 tops, altho I wouldn't pay over $10. Too muc damage and worn too much so loses the detail of a higher graded coin.
