The r in trust is half gone by the looks of it. Its shimmery in color.

More circulation damage/wear on the coin than an error.

On top of that (no pun intended) it looks very similar to some replated wheat cents I've had. That would most likely explain the "shimmery" color. They are way too shiny for the circulation wear/damage they show.

Sometimes coins are polished and look like proof coins with a shine on them. But they didn't make proof coins that year. (not until 1936) When they are polished, they remove sharpness of detail.

If that is the case it pretty much ruins the value as a collectable. (to a seasoned collector)
