1973 S Penny. Is This An Error?

Are these errors? On the edges of the obverse, it seems as if there are two rims. Secondly, I noticed some curved marks, which would be too hard to explain, so I have pics

This next one, if you look closely, seems to have 2 rims very close together. I know it is not the lighting because I tested it with touch.
