When the die ages it starts a flow line in the fields to the rims and from the devices towards the fields. I've seen this many times before. Not a premium for the coin: Multi hubbed examples of die wear: Proof coins are only used about 6,000 strikes, but they also show break down on the dies. Single squeeze Die Deterioration.
