Fake, unfortunately.
All of the genuine coins were carelessly struck, or very carelessly struck.

The reason why the genuine ones were so badly made, is that they were all intended to be eventually sent back to Spain to be melted down into bullion, or to be re struck into much better quality coins for Spanish homeland circulation.
Occasionally good quality "Royal Strikes" were made from these dies, but as best examples for record purposes, much like proof coins,
but much before the time that proof coins were made for specifically for the collector, as with modern proof issues.
Royal Strike coins are very rare; I have never seen one in all of my numismatic experience.
