1996 Penny DD Or MD On Reverse

Very slight MD, shearing not the shelving look. All in direction of motion at the bounce, going up or down, the sharp edges of the devices in the dies push it or pull it.

I always check here first, if any known DDO or DDR for that year/Mint are listed. Like this one, NO DDRs, so it's 85% for sure it isn't one. Not that many new ones are being found, some, just not an abundance. People used to look for these as their job, then these went out of business...no money in it.
