Thanks for the replies. Because the double rim doesn't go all the way around I thought that it might have been a partial collar error but seeing that the reverse is intact I guess it wouldn't be.

The double rim doesn't have to go all the way around for it to be a mule.

It looks OK to me as I've see images of mules where the double line is similar to this one.

The mules that have the double rim right around are more desirable and would probably bring a higher price, but price also depends on the general condition.
