That's really tough to tell from your pics. The reverse looks like it may have the small hairlines all going in the same direction that are indicative of cleaning. I'd have to see bigger pics to be sure.

If it has been cleaned keep it in your pocket for a few weeks to bring it back to proper, cirulated condition.

I came across the auction for this coin today on Ebay(I thought the background looked familiar). I feel that the seller has always been fair with me in their dealings. Unfortunately they list such massive amounts of coins in a very short time period and they tend to miss that some were cleaned. For a coin this common, I'd shop elsewhere.
