I found this penny crh, and I'm not sure what it is. Based off of seeing what a die crack is on youtube and other platforms I'm pretty sure there is one on the left side of the coin, cutting through L's shoulder and it fades off a bit, but still goes up to the top through the 'G' in God. The copper where the O should be in God seems to be caved in a bit, and seems to be scooted over under where it ought to be, resting on L's head. Anyone able to help figure out what I found, and possibly put a guesstimate price on it? Thanks!

Not a Die Crack. That's actually a Peeled Lamination. Great find.

However, isn't that a die crack on Lincoln's shoulder?

I think it's probably a continuation of the lamination flaw. Could be a die crack, though. It's hard to tell.

Nice find!

You can read more about a retained lamination here: http://www.error-ref.com/?s=retaine...3;lamination

The line on the shoulder looks like a die crack to me.

I am curious about the marks on the east side of the coin. Can you get a close-up of that?

It is as spruett001 mentioned. It is not a die crack, but the lamination that continues across the whole coin. It has not peeled on the bust part yet. Just by the 'O' in GOD.

Ha, I totally overlooked that. I'm curious now, too.

I don't think its much. Just dents or something, but then again, I'm fairly new to coin collecting and all the types of errors and such.

Looks like it may be another lamination flaw. The line on the left side of it is parallel to the other flaw. Many times, a coin with an obvious lam will have other minor areas showing the same defect and often, they run in parallel lines.
