So I've been working as a teller at a bank for two weeks now. Today I had my first numismatic customer at my window...and I blew it. He wanted Presidential dollars and I was so focused in doing the job right I handed him a bunch of golden dollars without even really looking. I noticed his eyes went straight for the edges and his face had a look of joy on it. However, about a quarter of the dollars in there were Sacagaweas. Oh well, he got a BU roll of Monroes. I just wish I had the chance to do it over again to inquire more about if he collected coins or not. He must have because those are the only type of people who request that many dollar coins.

Wow... that guy must have been pretty disappointed when he saw the faces.

I wonder why you think you blew it? I don't see to much value in the Monroes.

Seeking: Have you found anything like (Silver coins)

I've checked, no silver. I mean, we have a lot of coins but so few actually are in my change drawer at a time. Quite a bit of copper pennies. Got my New Mexico Quarter the other day.

Well, the only reason I saw value in the Monroe's is that he got them for face value where if he ordered them from the Mint they'd be about 40 bucks after shipping.
