I was going through my older nickels(pre 1960) looking to see if I had a Henning. Nope. But I did come across these 2 nickels that are below Weight Tolerance. .194 gr as I know it to be. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

It appears that both of these have lost enough metal from circulation to account for that difference.

First coin I can agree with,The second not so much. The coin appears to be completely intact with crud added, which ever so slightly would add to the weight.

Wear seems the only likely explanation.
