The one you're referring to is the only one that has been found and sold for 20k. I did that because people assume the 2 needs to look like they do on the small date zinc cents but they had to change the die because it wouldn't strike right on the zinc. A different die meant to strike a zinc planchet wouldn't look the same on a copper planchet.
The lettering will look different as the die ages.
EDIT: I see several posts on this same coin. If you are convinced it is a small date, even after everyone here has said it is a large date, I suggest you send it to a third party grading service. I'm not sure how you will handle the news when it comes back as a common large date cent though, but at least you will know.
