1982 Penny Possible Double Die Error Help?

Found this 1982 penny today and from the pictures I thought it might be a double die error. Please take a look and let me know what you think, if its a valuable error and if how much more value does it add?I found this site talking about 1982 pennies with doubling. Thought it might be the same thing.

The article you linked was about the reverse side doubling, there is no real doubled dies on the obverse that year/issue.

Pix could be a bit clearer to really determine with more accuracy, post both sides of the coin in question, that helps in IDing at times. If you're interested in more about Hub doubling(doubled dies) there are many resources around to learn from. I've listed some in the book:

Looks like a large date zinc cent. The tail of the 2 looks like it was altered after the strike. (reduced a bit) But I see nothing showing me hub doubling. The devices on the large dates are larger than the small date examples.
