I found this CRH through a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. I am somewhat skeptical on this "Rim Clip" because someone can easily fake this with the right materials.

I don't think its a clip, cause the rim is still intact. The damage to the top of the F looks like it was hit with something.

Thank you Fuzzy. The damage you are seeing is actually a Struck Through. Doesn't show in the photos, but in hand, it's I think a slight Grease strike. I am somewhat skeptical on this being Clipped or not since it can be easily replicated by hand. A head scratcher for me.

David, it took a hit, see the smash and displacement of metal?

Thank you so much guys. I appreciate all the help. I had a feeling it was all PMD that caused this. That is why I was so skeptical on this being real. Back into circulation it goes.

Looks like a glancing blow took off that rim area and damaged the 'F'.

Thank you for commenting Coop. It was a pretty accurate and good blow that caused this PMD. Someone got smart here and made it look like a Clipped Planchet, but now I know it's not.
