Unsure of your question. The D looks complete to me. Are you talking about the short dash below the mintmark?

, MM looks normal with a sign of a damage die small part of the MM to the upper right side chipped off, the dash below the MM looks like a hit,damaged.

To Coinfrog: If you see the magnified image of the D, the 2 oclock position (of an upright D) is missing. You can also see it on the larger pic of the whole coin if you magnify it. Anyway, that's what I was asking about.

To Chase: Thanks. I agree with you on the dash as well. It looks like it using the magnifying glass as well. Thanks for the feedback.
