Eric19 Valued Member United States 136 Posts	Posted 12/02/2017 9:48 pm I think PCGS or NGC would give it an XF-40 nowadays, but VF-35 in my opinion. The tenuous lower band of Liberty and slightly weak L and Y in Liberty are what keeps it away from XF. Nice orange brown color! Report this Post to the Staff
