I'm no good with RPMs except the obvious. Have you checked Variety Vista for possible matches?

Not sure, this compares to last one on VV, only one close bur w/o a clear upper serif and other markers would be impossible to attribute. Note my marks of questions, a slight diference in left side location ans something not right inside the D, not lining up right, I'd have to say no unless other markers match.  |

Anyone see anything? Only thing I could find was a die chip on his bow tie under the left side

Looks like a couple of very minor RPMs. Probably not listed. But that tells me that if you can see these, then when a strong RPM comes under your glass, you will catch it.
