Dear colleagues.
Could you please help me to identify the coin from the picture? I recently came back from Vietnam where I managed to get a set of Vietnamese coins. Among them was one in quite bad condition but it looks around 18 -19 century. It is around 23,5 mm. The other side is to worn for the picture.
I would appreciate some help. Thank you

Yes, I'm fairly sure it's Vietnamese, and fairly sure it's from the reign of the Canh Hung emperor of Vietnam (1740-1786). Compare it with the examples on this zeno.ru database page.

Thank you very much.
This is what I thought, I just needed the second opinion. Problem is I couldn't match 23.5 mm diameter to any of them...

Rekinek, I think Sap is correct.
I have some examples that reflect the variations in size.
The 24.6 mm coin is in a quarter sized holder, and the 21.34 mm coin is in a nickel holder.

thanks very much. Unfortunately the condition of my coin is not the best but at least it makes a good addition to the collection.
Thank you for your time :)
