All sorts of cool stuff going on!

My guess is it was:

- offstruck through a die cap.
- partially struck out of collar, as there is an indent on the obverse to the right of the queen and there is a railroad rim almost all the way around.
- collar scar.
- and it has some serious rim finning!

Looks like the beginning of an anvil die cap, being hammered a few times by a hammer die cap... very nice.
