Now why would someone want to do that to a perfectly good coin. They haven't hurt any one! Coins have FEELINGS too! Ban Blowtorches! BAN MEAN PEOPLE!

I definitely agree with Coop on this. It's been blowtorched and that's why it has the ripple effect.
Errers and Varietys.

@CJ18850 Why do you want to delete it? It's educational for anyone else who has something similar.

Yes... I didn't think of that, as I don't know what the error truly would be. Thought more of not clogging the forum. Thank you.

We need examples of what is not an error as much as the ones that are. This is one way we learn. Feel good knowing that even when you get one wrong, you are still contributing to the community! Keep looking and keep asking questions!

Thank you very much everyone! Thank you jbuck as well. I certainly want to learn about my coins, as I have been studying them. I feel that my 1959 penny has a grease and lamination error. Not the normal alloy mix that creates a woody penny. Thus, I feel that there was too much grease on the penny, as it was struck, and the lamination mixed with that grease created a possible double die effect around the left side of Lincoln (obverse). On the reverse, the grease and lamination mixed to create a large wavy effect, especially on the Lincoln Memorial. Thoughts?

You may enjoy reading through this topic. There are also some interesting topics linked there as well to explore: http://goccf.com/t/266795The ripple effect seems to be up for debate. I personally think it is due to extreme heat. If the die had a layer of grease on it, the grease would spread during striking and fill devices leaving missing design elements on the coin. Here's a pic from coop showing a heavy grease strike-through error:
