Wow, I wasn't expecting something this nice. It's a newer PCGS slab so MS 65 is plausible, and yeah, it's the common VAM-3 spitting eagle.

64 with a happy face or 65 at the 50th percentile of the grade. I call it 65, but it's on the low end of what I'd offer that number because of the prominent location of the few marks. For reference, it'd probably (barely) Bean at 65.
