moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 11/10/2017 08:54 am Nicks are not considered in a circulated technical grade. They do affect value and eye appeal, but not technical numerical assignment below 60. It's an awesome coin but I am such a sucker for the old toned bullseye. I can see the barest hint of rub on the breasts and slight field disturbance but I see no indications of rub on the reverse. I think it probably slipped into an uncirculated assignment at 62. It's even better if it were 58 because then you could own it more easily. If the price is right id nab this one. Report this Post to the Staff
