Tony- When the family goes to sleep and the house is quite, I enjoy working on my coins.

Yeah but the problem with that is by the time they go to bed I start nodding off myself . It's always something !

Well, with cats come consequences! I have them blocked off from part of the house for this reason.

My family is FAR more important to me than my coins.
And so is my cat, for that matter !

And that is despite the fact that coins R me.
Have been collecting for more than 50 years.

I feel your pain, only in my case it's the keyboard they want to walk on, sleep on etc. Try to take them off and the curl their claws into the keys pulling off the buttons.

Years ago I fell in love with a woman, until she took me home to meet her family........the cats! You have never seen someone fall out of love so fast! I literally turned around and walked out. I was gone and she was gone.

No cats in this house!

The thing that ticks me off the most is that I didn't collect enough in the 60's and 70's when silver was cheap and abundant.
