Does this mean prices are on the incline or decline when it comes to grading.

No price changes announced at this time. If they were going to do one it would likely be at the start of the year. Their business had just expanded past the capacity of the old office.

I get it, but the cost of a new bigger place will defiantly add to their utility and maintenance expenses. I for see a increase in prices to come.

Could also cut on labor with a more efficient process in the new space, but yea it'll go up at some point like everything else does. Outgrowing your old building is always a good problem for a business to have
