Pacificoin Pillar of the Community Canada 5404 Posts	Posted 11/13/2017 6:18 pm Years ago ebay lost a Supreme Court Ruling requiring Canadian Power Sellers records be turned over to the Canada Revenue Agency . This affected amongst others many Sellers of Coins, stamps and other collectibles who were trying to fly under the radar. Now it appears that the CRA are further tightening the noose by forcing PayPal to turn over Canadian Business Sellers information to the CRA. We all would have received the Email today Nov12/2017. A gentle suggestion to all of the so-called " I am selling my own collection types or similar " and those not charging GST HST or Provincial Sales Taxes or failing to report income . Do the right thing. Also if you think" Oh I am not a PayPal Business account " , the court order apparently covers ANY transaction buying or selling from a PayPal business account holder .
